Yesterday, the Author name under the Headline on each Post disappeared. How do I get that back? You can see my blog at http://blog.firstwave.net.

I choose your theme because it's simple and elegant and had all the features I wanted...especially Author name. Please help me restore that feature.

Thanks.

You have an <a href="http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Ftdaait.wordpress.com%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0" rel="nofollow">extra closing tag somewhere</a>. We don't support the WordPress.com version of Tarski because we have no control over their code.

The image isn't there. Either it's just not been uploaded, or it needs its permissions changing so your web server can read the file.
