Booking
Log in Delisamokat application using your login and password. All points of rent and available scooters are already marked on the map in the application.
● Choose the point of rent
● Look at the address and the number of free scooters
● Choose a tariff: “1 hour tariff” or “Daily tariff”
● Click "Book Now"
The QR code of your booking will appear on the smartphone screen. You have 20 free minutes to get to the point of rent. From 21st minutes the booking is reset automatically.
Operator on point of rent scans the booking QR code, compare your documents with the documents attached at registration. Further, he will confirm the trip.
Scooter Inspection
Evaluate the scooter and check for damage. If you notice significant damage, you have opportunity to report it, take a photo and send it through the application.
After the evaluation of kick-scooter you will see acceptance-transfer act on your screen. Sign it and you can go!
Finish the Trip
To finish the trip find on map in application the convenient point for you and click "Finish the trip".
The QR code of your request for return will appear on the smartphone screen.
