However, if not, available solutions are: 1. whitelist Cycle Timer in the system setting. 2. use the newly developed TimeRMachine(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=io.github.deweyreed.timer.google) which is dedicated to fix this problem but it's still during a beta test.
