Sometimes, the Bluetooth not work:
Check that no other device has connected to your BLE Heart Rate monitor, e.g., your mobile phone.
Make sure about correct uses of your sensor.
After too many reconnection attempts, it can happen that the Heart Rate belt is not listed anymore. If that happens, rebooting the watch/belt helps.
If you have an unexpected problem try removing the app and installing again. If it is a problem after an upgrade you can also try clearing the cache and clear the app data.
