Regarding the classroom, Edmodo has built-in Zoom video conferencing tools to let teachers and students interact virtually. Also, the virtual room is streamlined with several options to engage in lessons, take doubts, conduct discussions, assessments, and fun class challenges.

Institutions taking up Edmodo can even customize their suite to the depth for both their staff (teachers) and students. These include creating custom sign-in pages and maintaining an online resource library. Also, teachers can communicate updates in real-time to both students and parents, in public at once or in personal chats.

Teachers can also get instant insights on how the learning process is progressing through their dashboard, which allows them to get feedback from students and also to ask them questions. At last, there's a grade book option to let teachers capture a student's performance and export grades, which can be seen by parents through a dedicated app.
