Applying custom alternative icons depends on the Launcher you are using: on Nova Launcher / Evie Launcher or One Plus Launcher you have to long press on the icon you want to change, then click on "Edit" or its relative symbol, or directly on the icon thumbnail, then select the O3 icon pack and you are done!
