It silently captures the information (even if it is deleted by the child) and periodically uploads it to the KidTrack™ servers where it can be viewed by the parent via a web browser. Additionally, parents can determine what information is sent via email and the frequency of those emails (the default setting is daily).
KidTrack™ solves a universal concern by allowing parents to monitor their childrens' mobile phone activities and keep them safe. It has a number of customizable options that provide for each family's needs with good, smart defaults for easy setup and minimum hassle. KidTrack™ has been written from the ground up by parents, for parents.
Our Geo-Fencing feature allows you to define geographic boundaries that are constantly monitored by the phone and the days and times that you want to be informed of entry, exit or both. Optionally you can receive notification immediately via email or text message. This means that you can know immediately that your child has left school early or has entered a neighborhood you have determined to be off-limits.
We recognize how important complete information is to parents and designed KidTrack™ in such a way that lack of connectivity is no longer an issue because consistent carrier connectivity is not a requirement. Rather than losing important information because of carrier network connection issues, KidTrack™ captures the information and transmits the bundled data (multiple text messages, location readings, phone log entries, etc.) at the same time at defined intervals (default every 10 minutes). This key component elevates KidTrack™ above the rest in both the access to all information and the guarantee that important information will not be lost.
Additionally, the way we handle that data greatly reduces any risk of your child completely removing any trace of the information before it is sent to you. It is precisely the text messages or the phone call in the phone log that your child deleted that is of most interest to you. The data is stored redundantly to insure data will not be fully deleted, which guarantees that you will be able to track it in our web-acessible database 24x7.
