1. Licensed Uses and Restrictions

A. YOU SHALL
Comply with the current TMDb Terms of Use at http://www.themoviedb.org/terms-of-use
You will give TMDb attribution for any and all content used from the site referred to paragraph 3.
B. YOU SHALL NOT
Attempt to cloak or conceal your identity or your application's identity when requesting authorization to use TMDb APIs.
Use (or create applications that use) an unreasonable amount of bandwidth.
Cache any TMDb metadata or photos other than reasonable periods in order to provide your service.
Use TMDb APIs for any application that constitutes, promotes or is used in connection with materials that constitute, promote, or use for the purpose of dealing with: spyware, adware, or other malicious programs or code, counterfeit goods, items subject to U.S. However, unsolicited mass distribution of email ("spam"), multi-level marketing proposals, hate materials, hacking / surveillance / interception / descrambling equipment, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive or otherwise offensive content.

Use TMDb APIs in a way that adversely to the stability of themoviedb.org servers or adversely to the behavior of other applications using the TMDb APIs.
Sell, read, or sublicense TMDb APIs or access thereto or derive revenues from the use or provision of TMDb APIs, whether for commercial or monetary gain or otherwise, except as set forth below.
Use TMDb APIs in a manner that is confusing or misleading as to the source or origin of your application or site.
