TERMS & CONDITIONS:
(1) You must be enrolled in online banking to access “My Academy Visa Account”. Enroll at usbank.com.
(2) Rewards points are earned on eligible net purchases. Net purchases are purchases minus credits and returns. Not all transactions are eligible to earn rewards, such as Advances, Balance Transfers and Convenience Checks. Rewards Points expire (5) years from the end of the calendar month which they were earned. Account must be open and in good standing to earn and redeem rewards and benefits. Refer to your Rewards Program Rules for additional information.
