iPray is an original mobile (Android) Application for learning the Salat rituals suitable for children from very young age . It consists of several features to show to children how to perform Salat by observing animated movements of a boy character doing the daily prayers, as well as dedicated prayers. It is an interactive application with visual effects that would help children to easily and efficiently memorize, visualize and learn all the details related to Salat steps and details. Furthermore, all types of Salat are featured with instructions in a form of text and audio guidance. In the initial version, this app would be developed in Arabic and with only one animated character of a boy. It is intended to be further develop this App in subsequent versions with multiple languages, different types of characters, and for different Mathahib, in order to widen the scope of this application around the globe to would attract more children from different denomination to efficiently learn and accurately perform Salat.
In addition to Arabic language, the application will be available in English and French in future releases.
