This app attempts to help you avoid eye strain using the convenience of your SmartWatch 1 or SmartWatch 2. Here is how you use it:
1. Launch the app and click the button that says "20 Minutes x 20 Seconds". This will make the app run for 20 minutes.
2. After 20 minutes the watch will vibrate and give you the option to start your break. The watch will vibrate a few times to encourage you to stop working.
2. When you are ready to take your break hit the take a break button. The watch will now wait 20 seconds. After 20 seconds the watch will vibrate again letting you know it is time to start working.
This app is setup so that you can close your eyes if you want for your 20 second break and know when it is time to get back to work.
On the SmartWatch 1 and SmartWatch 2 you can actually close the app and it will relaunch when it is break time or work time.
*note* - This is a 3 day trial to make sure the app works with your phone and watch. Once the trial is over you will be able to purchase the update from within the app with an in app purchase.
