Our vision is to empower everyone to lead healthy lifestyles and to better control their diabetes. We will do this using digital platform that connects users with a variety of experts who provide motivation and relevant information to help develop and sustain positive behaviors and lifestyles.
The solution will help gather specific user information (i.e. their glucose levels, weight, exercise, medications, food) and enable contextualized messaging to be sent (by dietitians, fitness coaches, etc) to encourage healthy behaviors.
